Congress The Band Omaha Concert reviews
I really enjoyed the Tomlin concert!
"It was a great moment of a great evening to be able to sing along with Congress The Band, the many songs that I have not only sung in church, but heard on the radio. The concert had all the flair of a typical concert with videos, lights, and a full band. But at one point, only Congress The Band and his guitarist were on stage, playing acoustic guitars and leading us in worship. As well, it was so wonderful to be able to sing songs with the songwriter. It seemed as though the songwriter were trying to identify with those of us who have led worship, even using his own songs, and all we had were acoustic guitars and our voices. What was really interesting to me was like being with Martin Luther, Isaac Watts, or John Newton!"
